The blog you have requested is not installed properly

I tried to upgrade a Wordpress MU site from 2.8.2 to 2.9.1, it was successful, until i decided to create a new sub-blog, when i created the sub-blog, it was successfull, but when i visit the blog i just created, it says

“The blog you have requested is not installed properly. Please contact the system administrator.”

I wondered why it happens, i checked the (Blog Options wp_no_option) configuration of the sub-blog, compared to other running sub-blog,

I discovered that it was different from any other sub-blog. The configuration below was gone, so I checked the database, i found out that some tables are missing, so I checked the permission. Thats it. Somethings wrong with the permission. NO permission on creating table, so I Add permission to it, after that, i re-create the sub blog, after that, the configuration (Blog Options wp_no_option) appears. But the same problem appears.

So I googled the problem, and see a solution in this website, http://premium.wpmudev.org/forums/topic/blog-not-properly-installed . Tried the solution the forum discussed. And there it is! Problem Fixed.

The solution they mentioned in the forum was,

know your sub blog id, it can be seen in Blog Options (wp_blogID_option), mine was wp_17_option., so i copied the “17″ and paste it to http://calc.wpmudev.org/md5.php.

After generating the MD5 key. copy the key, then paste it to “Transient Random Seed”, replacing the old value, and then Click Update Options below. And there. Try to reload your page.. If your problem was not fixed, kindly reply to this post, maybe I can help, or someone else can.
