I tried to upgrade a Wordpress MU site from 2.8.2 to 2.9.1, it was successful, until i decided to create a new sub-blog, when i created the sub-blog, it was successfull, but when i visit the blog i just created, it says

An SQL error occurred while fetching this page. Please contact the Board Administrator if this problem persists.
I got this error in our phpbb forum, tried to research, and found a solution, it was fixed by repairing the database.
